Shipping & Returns Policy

Effective Date: May 8, 2025

At Megatronix LED, we strive to deliver high-quality LED signs and excellent customer service. Please review our Shipping and Returns Policy below.

1. Shipping Information

A. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
     
  • Custom and made-to-order LED signs typically require 7–21 business days for production.
     
  • You will receive an order confirmation followed by a tracking number once your order ships.
     

B. Shipping Methods

We ship using trusted carriers such as FedEx Freight, UPS, and LTL services depending on the size and weight of the sign. All shipments are insured.

C. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs vary by location and product size. Accurate shipping fees will be calculated and disclosed before finalizing your order.

D. Freight Deliveries

For large signs shipped via freight:

  • Delivery is curbside only unless otherwise arranged.
     
  • The customer is responsible for unloading equipment if no liftgate service was requested.
     
  • Please inspect all deliveries for damage before signing.
     

2. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing:

  • Document the damage on the delivery receipt before signing
     
  • Take clear photos of the damage
     
  • Notify us at info@megatronixled.com within 48 hours
     

We will work with the carrier and expedite a resolution, which may include replacement parts or filing an insurance claim.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of LED signs, we generally do not accept returns on made-to-order products. However, we may accept returns in specific cases:

Eligible return conditions:

  • Unused, non-customized stock items
     
  • Return request submitted within 7 days of delivery
     
  • Original packaging intact
     

Restocking Fee:

A restocking fee of 20% may apply to approved returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

4. Cancellations

Order cancellations must be submitted in writing. Orders that have already entered production cannot be canceled or refunded. We reserve the right to deduct any production or material costs incurred.

5. Warranty Claims

All Megatronix LED signs are covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty. If you experience a product defect, please contact us with photos and a description. We will assess whether the issue qualifies under warranty and assist with repair or replacement.
